Teeth whitening?

I’ve been using strips off and on for a very long time, both normal and very high % hydrogen peroxide. I can get my teeth pretty white obviously but I’ll sometimes see people with extremely bright white teeth, like paper white veneer level while being natural, does anyone know what is the best way to get severely white teeth? I’ve looked into the neumo guide but my friends who are dentists claimed it doesn’t really make sense since you can’t actually whiten dentin
