I'd do a 8-14 day cycle and apply twice a day to see maximun results between that day gap

i'm just on test right now, i actually was off of gear cold turkey for 3 months while i was working in LA, but i'm back on my cruise dose now


ive ran a multitude of different stacks & your current stack sounds just fine. i mean you could probably exchange rad-140 for something else that isnt as harsh on your lipids, but its still pretty mild anyway assuming ur dose isnt crazy high. probably dont need to change anything there. mk-677 should only be ran for 4 weeks at a time btw, just so u dont fuck up ur insulin sensitivity
