That’s fair. I think the max lifts give after compression is 3-4cm anyways.

Yeah, once to give a try to lifts i used a pair of 2cm, and the difference was barely visible(looked like an increase of only 1cm) if you consider the foot compression you probably need 4 inches lifts to gain 7.5/8cm. The best compromise to me is one more inch fraud with lifts, more than this and they become really uncomfortable.
