I have training in 1 hour I'm getting ready for tournament just as a hobby then I'm gonna keep learning about economics from khan academy and probably read novels and chill later

probably one of the best online academy where you can get general knowledge for free it's like online courses like what university teach but you have options to choose what you actually want to learn

I always work out on a stomach empty, I’m in between sets, I’m doing chest and triceps today. When I’m done I’m gonna run 5KM on the tread mill. Only way to be in a calorie deficit is to eat fuck all. I can’t eat healthy for shit

mirin, rn i’m on a calorie deficit, idk how much, im eating little to nothing and training.

Just eating protein and carbs to keep myself sane.

Also using coffee and cigs as appetite suppressants

i downloaded photoshop yesterday to start making tiktok videos to promote the business im about to start (im still new in business so im just learning rn)

so yea im playing around with photoshop today and gather some info of seo and website building
