Made new friends at new gym I've been going to and been to some social events with them other than that nothing. Prob the most ive used this forum since the pandemic. But I upped my test dose now and will get back into strict improvement phase again.

Im at the point now though where the only thing I need to focus on largely is to careermax/moneymax though and maintaining physique with just 2-3 weight workouts a week and cardio everyday.
