rate my list: omega 3 EPA DHA, d3+mk7, vit e, vit b complex, mg cytrate, zinc picolinate, selenium, boron, collagen, some guy in telegram suggested me to add vit e and complex of vits b with selenium idk are they important
 
Vitamins are mostly cope if you don't have the foundations(diet, lifestyle, sleep) in order. But if you must: Vit D, Magnesium Glycinate, Zinc, Boron are the ones that give the gains if you're deficient. Ashwagandha can increase test if you are stressed. Tongkat Ali also seems to work, it lowers cortisol, increases LH and reduces SHBG. ALSO creatine is very important imo even if it isn't exactly a test boosting supplement. There is no reason you shouldn't be taking that. But AGAIN none of these matter if your diet, sleep, lifestyle is shit.
