Upper third looks alright with eyes being decent. Try to shape the eyebrows with minox and tinted eyebrow gel.

Lower third looks recessed. But i cant see how bad it is because i see no side profile picture.

Maybe also puberty will help u ascend and remove the roundness in your face and get some bones growing in the lower part of your face. Also gymmax will help you and than leanmaxx to 10%
