Tell me how to ascend I'm willing to do whatever it takes right now i dont care if I die

Ill list some things that will help:

  • Accutane
  • Getting leaner
  • Gonion filler/ implants
  • topical/oral minox
  • Latisse for lashes
  • curl lashes
  • grow hair out
  • hair looks dry so use hair oils and conditioner more often
  • Priotise shoulders, lats arms in the gym
