Can I please have advice on what I need to improve on. I already attract females with ease but do not feel attractive myself. I took tret for my face but now use epiduo and clindamyacin.

For now just make your features better such as your lips, brows and your skin.
Continue the tret but azelaic acid would be good for the marks, and you can always fraud with some tinted stuff.
