I'm looking for honest ratings. I've never really done anything for myself besides shower. I usually just watch movies and play games since that's been my life ever since 2020 because of a lot of stuff that happened before and after. I want to better myself, not for girls or anyone else but for me.

I'm going to the gym now and I have a personal trainer, but the gym only helps with the physical side and not my looks. I've never been called ugly or made fun of for how I look, so I just want brutal ratings. I don't care if it's over for me or if I can never get past being sub5 without extreme effort. I don’t plan to go that far since I don’t think it’s realistic.

I'm 15 years old, turning 16 on the 24th of September. Tell me exactly what I can do to improve.


Also, I know a lot of you have seen how cruel society can be toward people who just weren’t as lucky as others. If you ever need someone to talk to, just send me a DM and I’ll respond when I can.

I appreciate the reply but id definitely consider myself lower than ltn at this point in time. not used to all of this so I'm sort of just looking for where to start.

Maintain a good diet until 18-19 years old make sure not to fuck up your hormones and then after 18-19 possible hardmaxx

If you crash diet or starve yourself if you even do wanna lose weight just try to keep a max 500 cal deficit not more

Don't you think his jaw is good for his age?
You can't really tell because of all the fat surrounding it, I'm not overweight either just very bloated which is expected considering the fact I've only started very recently.
 
bro having good forward growth at 15is not that hard, normal 15yo on the street has avg forward growth
Again, I have the overbite of doom and despair so hopefully this becomes more pronounced once I get braces and fix my teeth.

palate expander would be better, btw having overbite is not that bad, u can have overjet but idk

You’re ltn rn you look really young which is only good if you’re 25+ and look atleast 19. You look 13 at 15 which isn’t good. Thin lips are your biggest failo. Your midface seems slightly to compact, but I didn’t measure it so I could be wrong.

eggs oatmeal and a protein shake with a banana for breakfast, chicken or turkey with brown rice and bell peppers for lunch usually and mostly fish with either sweet potato and steamed vegetables for dinner

That’s exactly what I didn’t want to hear. Avoid grains like oatmeal. Don’t eat for gym fuel, eat for development. Replace white meat with red meat as it is way more nutritious. Eggs and fish are goated though. Rice is just simple carbs with no micronutrients, sweet potatoes are way better. Vegetables suck, they are sprayed with pesticides (anti-nutrients) and carry zero to none bioavailable nutrients to begin with. Organs are 100x more nutritious and thus 100x more healthy. Fruits are good though, protein shakes (with real milk, not soy or oatmilk) are okay. Eating lots of meat and organs is expensive, but worth it as health is wealth.

Ltn but you have room to grow get more into the sunlight also you'd have appeal in 2020 dream smp cringe minecraft youtuber era if that helps but ive seen people ascend from worse if you have any sport you like start doing it as much as possible and make health fun you got this gang

I used to skateboard a lot but we got evicted so im living in buttfuck nowhere so there isnt really a lot to do apart from run around In a field. Thank you for the comment though I appreciate it :)

Not all vegetables are trash tho some are definitely not worth, carrots onions tomatoes are very solid and if you get them from a natural farm its perfect
