I wanna ascend again in like the next 2 to 3 months so just tell me any methods of doing so
Don't tell me any methods that are:
Injectables (like hgh or test or lb)
No self surgery or shit like that
Any absurd self abuse like shit
AND I will try them out and update if they work (note also say how much time they should take and i will say when i see results etc)
