23-26 bmi is too much tbh, if you leannmax you should be between 20-23 to get the chiseled look, also ofc muscle play a role i know, but most people dont have that much muscles that they can afford to be over 23 bmi

also im surprised you mentioned so many softmaxxes and shit, and not many hardmaxxes like bimax, rhino or otoplasty etc. most of the things you listed are actually healthmaxx and only contribute very little to actually increasing your PSL. not saying they are useless, but if somebody is subhuman he should start with hardmax since his base is so shit that all the little details you metioned are worthless for that particular subhuman.

also im surprised you mentioned so many softmaxxes and shit, and not many hardmaxxes like bimax, rhino or otoplasty etc. most of the things you listed are actually healthmaxx and only contribute very little to actually increasing your PSL. not saying they are useless, but if somebody is subhuman he should start with hardmax since his base is so shit that all the little details you metioned are worthless for that particular subhuman.

No,the spine can grow in the 20s,that's why u see people getting 1-2 inch from blasting hgh in their 20s,Derek from mpmd got 1 inch.
And as i mentioned sleep stretching,some guys got 2-3 inches after 23.

How old is Derek? He got 1 permanent inch from Hgh? Also sleep stretch seems more like temporary gains. Yes you are growing during your sleep so when you wake up your spine will be more stretched but as the day goes on the spine compresses back to normal. I have a feeling sleeping stretch will not produce permanent results if you do it for a year long
