you do know what a late bloomer is right ? its someone who STARTED puberty at a later age not someone who grew early on and then magicly grew another 10cm
i would say im a very late bloomer, started puberty at 16 and i went from 155/160cm at 16 to 180cm 18 (turning 19 this september)

but to answer your question if its over for you, you cant gain anything from hearing "stories" of other people because YOUR situation will always be different, what i would do is go to the doctor and ask them for an X ray to see if your plates are still open then you can forsure know if its over, if they are open then you can decide what measures you wanna take to maximize your growth
