first of all you are young af you look nowhere close to how u will actually look so my advice is obviously lose weight asap and be healthy (diet/sleep/training) through puberty u have a narrow lips see if u have narrow upper palate and u can expand it with an ortho otherwise just lose weight for now and get rid of your facial redness
