I am 14 years old and 5'10" (178 cm) what can i do to improve i take every tip i can get this is my ascention since last year

at your age eat natural foods full of nutrients, workout regularly and get 9+ hours of sleep. genuinely the best advice you can receive.
Yeah i try to live like primal but its hard when your whole family is craving prossesed food and if i say no to like pizza and burgers my mum think i have some kind if eatingdisability

pizza is fine as long as it’s made properly. not much wrong with dough, cheese. vegetables and meat mixed. do try to make it with the least amount of fat possible. nvr buy the premade things tho
