if ur lean u can forget about subq since u literally have minimal fat and just inject it intramusc in ur glute done right no pain no soreness. If u have a higher bf then yeah subq is usually a better option in said circumstance

for hgh i can take the thinnest ones right, because its not an oil? and 6-8mm is the lenght right?
