in my morph i didnt even edit it cause getting a lf2 downgraft is too risky in your position imo, i'm not well versed on it though and the risks might be overblown

How would the midface and nose be lengthened like this during bimax? CW rotation and a rhinoplasty to lower nasolabial angle?

The rest would be jaw implant, BSSO with cw rotation, lefort 1 downgraft, and T split genio.

You can’t make your midface longer without fucking up your harmony severely, you can’t lengthen your nose and you’re asking for 1cm (10mm) for lower third height + 5mm of wideness
