Lefort 2 would be better tbh your actual maxilla is recessed and makes the brow bridge look too far outwards

Genetically recessed maxilla, in theory lefort 2 would fix it
Unless youre crazy and do any means necessary, you shouldn't do any type of maxillary osteotomy like lf1/2
Lf1 would dogmax you and throw your harmony out the window
Lf2 would likely be not even worth it

Just work on other features, the only people that should get a cosmetic lefort 2 are gooks like myself, who have 2.5x the recession you do

yea harmony is what matters for me most. i am thinking fat graft for nasalfolds, maybe lip lift and rhino would be great alternative for bimax. other stuff i am considering ofcourse braces, i am not sure if i need marpe because some say my idp is bad, then ht at good clinic, maybe infra implant. I am currently saving money and planning what should be my first procedure. I wan't to improve my harmony.
