I think that 50% of people are FatCels. You know the types that always quit on their diets and go back to eating poorly and not exercising. And a lot of them might be too high inhib to try shit like Reta/Ozempic/Tirz/etc.

I think 25% just don't have any money and are not earning any money. So they can't get surgery. Can't fund Roid/HGH cycles.
