Telling doctor about test

Ngl I’m 20 and my life been chill ash, but I’ve been thinking about taking test for a couple of years now to make my life even better. As of now I’m on my parents health insurance and I’m going to have a physical soon, if I tell my doctor I’m going to hop on test will he tell my parents/ insurance company, and would he give me a free blood work
