I currently have trimax planned in 2 years from now (so when i will be turning 19), i recently had a consultation and the surgery should be no problem, however i was thinking about future relationships and if any of you have had surgeries how do you tell your partner/DO you even tell them? Im guessing bimax doesnt really have any significant problems with having kids differ from you in looks as forward growth is not purely genetic an it wont be noticable since most other features will be the same but i want to know if it is important enough to let your partner know that you have had surgeries(if important to mention bimax will be for breathing issues and aeshteitc purposes for aesthetic and genio is purely for aesthetic reasons)

The best thing to do is not to mention it; when you decide to have these surgeries, shape your future accordingly. Because if people find out that you achieved that beauty through surgery, their respect will diminish.

Furthermore, forward growth is genetic and not affected to that extent by environmental influences. Even if an individual with good jaw genetics breathes through their mouth, their jaw's forward growth won't be affected as much.

You should not reveal you had surgery to your partner unless explicitly asked about it

And to anyone outside of your family/close friends it should always be denied period

Don’t get surgeries jfl
And if you make the mistake of getting them, of course be open about it. You’re basically living as a fraud. Keeping that all to yourself is a recipe for disaster

Never tell anyone.

Even if you have genuine other problems than looks (like me, with sleep apnea beginning to develop and my deepbite grinding away my teeth) people will still judge you for having your face changed in any way.

wouldnt be able to hide it from most people unfortunately since most people i know well i also see on a daily basis

just looksmin pre surgery, and then once the recovery is finished just looksmax, when you have an incel beard, bloated, shit skin and then you improve people will just think u lost yourself and then got your shit together

or if its jaw surgery just say its for health reasons and no one will give a shit

You don't have to mention it yourself but if your partner finds out whats the point of lying?

Keep it a secret if someone finds out its over the respect is gone and people will start to make fun of you that you achieved your looks through hardmaxing and calling you a fraud or feminine if someone notices try to avoid that person or just lie and say its puberty doing its thing

not say it or say it was medical

Both my parents have excellent forward growth though im the only one in my family who has recessed jaws

What is that a real thing?

Yes, people prefer natural things, not elaborate ones. They prefer things they are born with, not imitations. Never tell anyone about the surgeries you've had.

The fact u call ur girl "partner" is the gayest thing ever
