I currently have trimax planned in 2 years from now (so when i will be turning 19), i recently had a consultation and the surgery should be no problem, however i was thinking about future relationships and if any of you have had surgeries how do you tell your partner/DO you even tell them? Im guessing bimax doesnt really have any significant problems with having kids differ from you in looks as forward growth is not purely genetic an it wont be noticable since most other features will be the same but i want to know if it is important enough to let your partner know that you have had surgeries(if important to mention bimax will be for breathing issues and aeshteitc purposes for aesthetic and genio is purely for aesthetic reasons)

The best thing to do is not to mention it; when you decide to have these surgeries, shape your future accordingly. Because if people find out that you achieved that beauty through surgery, their respect will diminish.

Furthermore, forward growth is genetic and not affected to that extent by environmental influences. Even if an individual with good jaw genetics breathes through their mouth, their jaw's forward growth won't be affected as much.

You should not reveal you had surgery to your partner unless explicitly asked about it

And to anyone outside of your family/close friends it should always be denied period

Don’t get surgeries jfl
And if you make the mistake of getting them, of course be open about it. You’re basically living as a fraud. Keeping that all to yourself is a recipe for disaster

Never tell anyone.

Even if you have genuine other problems than looks (like me, with sleep apnea beginning to develop and my deepbite grinding away my teeth) people will still judge you for having your face changed in any way.

wouldnt be able to hide it from most people unfortunately since most people i know well i also see on a daily basis

just looksmin pre surgery, and then once the recovery is finished just looksmax, when you have an incel beard, bloated, shit skin and then you improve people will just think u lost yourself and then got your shit together

or if its jaw surgery just say its for health reasons and no one will give a shit

You don't have to mention it yourself but if your partner finds out whats the point of lying?

Keep it a secret if someone finds out its over the respect is gone and people will start to make fun of you that you achieved your looks through hardmaxing and calling you a fraud or feminine if someone notices try to avoid that person or just lie and say its puberty doing its thing

Both my parents have excellent forward growth though im the only one in my family who has recessed jaws

What is that a real thing?

Yes, people prefer natural things, not elaborate ones. They prefer things they are born with, not imitations. Never tell anyone about the surgeries you've had.

The fact u call ur girl "partner" is the gayest thing ever

True but what if they notice and then ask

People dislike the idea of you cheating your genetic fate-misery loves company, so I don't recommend telling anyone. As for telling your future gf/wife, ask yourself this, what would you want her to tell you if she had stuff done? Personally, I would want to know if she had major changes ( not minor stuff like a boob job- assuming she had a mogger face). I think she would think the same for you.

But then she'll think your genes aren't good enough

Unless you make the wrong surgery choices or plans, the results will look natural.
You think bimax+ccw rotation+genio with erol cansiz will be good enough for natural results?

He's not a surgeon I've directly researched, but I've heard he has successful surgeries. Also, CCW rotation is already part of the bimax method

No,not unless she asks, eventually she will find out by maybe seinf pixs or someone mentions it but just say it a bimax for sleep apnea

Wait what exactly do you mean by he is not a surgeon? I recently had a consultation with him and i still wasnt aware of this, so what is he then?

I think I wrote that wrong. He's not someone I've done research on, but he is a surgeon. I've seen successful surgical results.

If the question is inevitable, tell them you did it for health-related reasons.

Never, never, do not tell anyone outside people that eventually would notice (parents, close family, etc), future partners can’t know that would make them loose total respect for you

If your girl leaves you because she finds out you had a trimax and thinks your genes aren't good enough then she probably isn't the one lol

Same lol, my father looks like Gandy from the side while I look like gandy without a jaw fs. Its still mostly genetic though, but recessive genes and such. Even if you are forward grown, your children can lack a jaw and vice versa.

In my case it could be due to a fall on my chin I had during early puberty but I don't wanna speculate. I am also considering an bimax or LJS and/or geino so I am also wondering to what extent it would be acceptable to tell a potential romantic partner. I don't want to build a relationship on lies so its honestly the main factor as to why I am delaying my surgery. I don't really gaf if anyone thinks negatively of me for getting it, besides women I would want to date and potentially marry. I wish I could just say that it is how I would look with good natural development but idk if thats the case. If someone has actual reaserch on this (not fucking goatis), then please send it. I kinda went off topic to the reply and more towards the post in general but honestly who gives a fuck

Basically, and make sure that the people in your family are extremely respectful and discrete about it
if not how would i go on about it?
my parents really dont like the idea of me getting trimax, they are okay with most other things such as sarpe, cheekbone implants and rhinoplasty but they said trimax is too much, how would i hide it?
i was thinking of moving away for a year and telling them that puberty did its thing or something about me taking steroids which would still make them mad but atleast they wouldnt know about the surgery

the most you can get away with is rhinoplasty

the most you can get away with is rhinoplasty
MOST people who get rhinoplasty are also the only ones bothered by their nose and noone else typically cares, not to mention that it is also super common so people dont really think too much about it, same goes for fillers mostly. Bimax on the other hand is changing your complete face down to the bone which is harder for most people to process.

How old are you? Are you financially independent

currently 17 and not really, i am making enough money to cover the full surgery when i will need it but living fully by myself will be a bit challenging with rent and all of the additional costs, unless i figure something out by then which i most probably should have.

not really. Surgeon said i need to wait for my bones to fully set so he would wait until mid next year eitherways and in the meantime im getting other surgeries for actual medical reasons (MARPE & septoplasty) also if i get the surgery now i will have 0 money to spare. I have a plan which i don't want to bore you with so when i turn 19 i should also have some money to spare, which will probably be spent on cheekbone implants and some other things.
