Telmisartan as a suitable replacement for eplerenone on-cycle?

my gear plug is not stocking eplerenone atm, but he does have telmi. I have not used this compound much, so I was wondering if it would be enough to combat aldosterone related bloating on a cycle of 400 test 300 primo?

otherwise any uk-based eplerenone sources would be much appreciated in DMs
