Telmisartan for bloat

How effective is telmi at reducing gear bloat ? Im currently bloated ash on dandellion leaf + potassium + green tea extract which has slightly mitigated it but if i eat bad or smt it doesnt even matter.

Would telmi be good at making me as debloated as pre gear? What about hctz, is it better or worse

I only take 1/8th of a pill and i take it after a meal to reduce its potency even more

Not sure its even being absorbed tbh, i feel like after i started taking it after food I no longer feel the telmistartan sides, so its probably not even getting into my system. but taking it on an empty stomach makes me feel the sides way too harshly. Telmisartan feels the same way a diuretic feels to me

yoo ngl thats amazing news. Cause im on 12-14ius gh too so i kinda need blood control, but knowing that it works as a diuretic to get rid of my bloat is actual lifefuel holy.

When i take just 40mg of telmistartan my mouth gets so dry i can barely talk jfl. Shit dries you out and lowers blood pressure so much

i just read that hctz actually causes low potassium levels. its called hypokalemia. since hctz is a diuretic, it pushes both sodium and water into urine, and while that happens potassium is also lost.
