when i chew i feel my temporalis activate like 4 times more than my masseters. How can i prioritize my masseters?

isn't this a good thing? my belief is that your temporalis maybe overworking because of too much jaw movement. Temporalis muscle is activated on the protrusion and retrusion of the mandible (which is like jutting back and forth) and massater is you moving your mandible up and down which is elevation and depression. maybe in your case you are moving your jaw too forward or too back which puts pressure in your TMJ and I assume you know where is your temporalis and massater muscle is, right? And don't work your massater too much your temporalis biased chewing vector is good because massater muscle focused chewing which is I believe back molar will pull your mandible and overall jaw which could cause problems. Just focus on using your temporalis muscle when chewing but not too harshly I guess
