Temporary blood pressure raise?

Pharma for increasing blood pressure over the summer? I dunno why but in recent months, pretty much only this summer I have repeatedly had problems with getting lightheaded or falling unconcious when standing up. Why does this happen i get enough electrolytes, my iron is in high consumption, my magnesium is steady and salt is also very present so why does this happen and should i revert to using pharma to increase my blood pressure over summer so i can enjoy my life and not lay down everytime i stand up.
