Bone mass, I'm already tall, I don't want to be taller

The AI gave me this info I post it here just in case u don't know it, apparently you need to use this to not lose the bone gains:

"Treatment timeline: The use of teriparatide is clinically limited to a maximum of 24 months over a patient's lifetime.

Once the 24-month course is complete, doctors typically prescribe an antiresorptive medication (like a bisphosphonate) to lock in the bone density gains and prevent future loss"

yes this is right, you also run the risk of getting bone cancer and many other things like having too much calcium:Bruh: doesnt sound fun

Yes, but honestly, I don't see the point in stressing out by that time. Because bone resorption starts at 60, when you don't really care about appearance anymore. And even then, resorption isn't that intense.

Yes, it's true. I take 1200 mg of pure calcium a day to keep my kidneys from failing. I need to drink a lot of water.

This is the first time I've heard of it, but okay.

I will use aledronate, just use biophosphants for 3-4 weeks and that's it

No, I won't have such a strong course. I think my course will be 3-4 months. I think 40 will be enough for me.In general, we'll see if my body starts to fail. I'll stop.

Really at 60? And here I am taking k2 and d3 at 27 thinking my bones were gonna go to shit at any moment, I was about to do more research on Ca-AKG and get on it to prevent bone loss lol.

You won't even notice it, the resolution won't take more than 2 mm from you.

no matter how long, 40 is too much, you will start to lose bone and overdose on calcium, you dont feel you body failing it will be too late when you notice.

The bone loss is so small, I don't think it's worth focusing on. A chad will still be a chad.

u mean resorption? it's those 2mm that give u an old man face (alongside everything else but those mm still count)

I don't think it will matter at the age when it happens.

+- At 25, bone resorption begins, but so does remodeling. This aspect shouldn't be overly emphasized.

When you flood your receptors with 40 mcg of Teriparatide, you don't just "lose a tiny bit of bone." Your body goes into an emergency state called hypercalcemia. It literally strips calcium out of your skeleton and dumps it into your bloodstream

A "chad" isn't going to look very chadish when he's hooked up to an IV in the ER because his kidneys are failing and his heart is throwing random arrhythmias

dont do it bro im telling you right now. 20mcg is enough you wont get faster results why don you accept that?

You see, your words are not backed by anything. If I say I'll think about it, it means I'll look at the research and draw conclusions. Maybe you helped me, maybe not.
