What changed:

• The Terms of Service now focus on legal and platform matters
• Content standards and moderation are governed by the Rules (unchanged)
• Vague or subjective language was removed
• A direct account deletion link was added
• Automation, scraping, and AI use were clarified
• DMCA contact information was added

What didn’t change:

• The Rules
• Moderation standards

The updated Terms of Service will take effect on January 1, 2026.

I might be wrong, but I think it just refers to an actual hyperlink to the account deletion page being added in the ToS (would probably be useful for it to be highlighted or underlined).

It means that in the TOS wall of text there's a direct link to account deletion.
