Terms of Service Update (Effective January 1, 2026)

We’ve updated the Terms of Service to better reflect how Looksmax.org actually operates.

This update is primarily a clarification and cleanup, not a change to how the site is moderated.

What changed:

• The Terms of Service now focus on legal and platform matters
• Content standards and moderation are governed by the Rules (unchanged)
• Vague or subjective language was removed
• A direct account deletion link was added
• Automation, scraping, and AI use were clarified
• DMCA contact information was added

What didn’t change:

• The Rules
• Moderation standards

The updated Terms of Service will take effect on January 1, 2026.
