Pretty much implants would be best but I dont see why you want jaw width to be greater than zygo width. Also if you also have a narrow chin cause the mandibular synphisis fuses around age 1 your finished.. no natural way to compensate so implants is best choice

In some cases a narrow jaw may be more favourable as it is more appealing to the female gaze. A great example is anime shows with male protagonists they all look imaculate and many have a narrow jaw from the front this is for female gaze leading to more viewers
