You mainly need to fix whatever bite issues you have first with braces, wait for genetics to pull your maxilla forward (if they will), if not just take androgens or androgen related stuff to extremely boost maxillary forward growth if you’re younger than 19 but don’t take shit if you don’t know what you’re doing, not preventing oxidation aging by taking antioxidants like glutathione (injectable) or C60, and not managing and combatting sides extremely well. My bite was corrected with dentists, but my upper teeth flare outward, probably from a narrow palate. I'm getting a palate expander and reverse pull headgear jan 26 from an ortho and hopefully fix the teeth flared outward, I also hope it'll help my face slightly. I don't like my lower lip, it's flared outwards, idk why. I have a short ramus with downward growth because I was mouth breathing during development,I've been mewing the last 8 months but that won't change almost anything realistically

I feel like it would be probably more beneficial to get ccw rotation surgery then Lefort, it would good to have a more projected maxilla, but I have a terrible gonial angle and downward growth

idk if ccw surgery will give u the needed maxillary projection with a recession like this
but if yes yea u could just do ccw rotation, it will have more overall improvements on ur harmony

Honestly it depends how open his facial growth plates are and how young he is cuz js the orthodontic device of the reverse pull headgear could extremely help
