Dude those surgeons are overrated as fuck! Yes they are great and renowned and have outstanding results but so do the other surgeons.
Bimax is not a new and complicated surgery it has been around for a very long time. You can even teach a street beggar to perform Bimax if he works next to a surgeon. What really matters in such surgeries is not fucking up the harmony and giving it a natural chadified look.
Unfortunately no surgeons has the decent IQ and knowledge to perform it consistently. They all eventually become surgery mills with standardized results. To become a plastic surgeon you don't really need to know entire medicine...you need to have an aesthetic eye and decent understanding of what surgery will look like on the patient. Only very very few have such qualities...Hopefully we have William from giantimplants who at least understand chadification surgeries
