Doing a home invasion on a home with a second story entrance, and a dirt front yard surrounded by a chain link fence doesn't make a lot of sense. This was probably in some way drug dealing related. Maybe they thought this guy stole some drugs from them and they searched his house for the drugs. This is well below your usual quality.
