Is tesa even worth it for getting lean?
Imma be using reta but i dont know if tesa is wort it to get extra lean

Tesa will not help you get more lean, not nearly as much as retatrutide. The only synergy between the two is only because of gh's breakdown of fat, so if you wanna go the extra mile it'd make more sense to run growth hormone instead of relying on tesamorelin to signal it.
