Tesmorelin & reta vs hgh

as the title says, what is more worth my money, tesamorelin and reta or hgh?
Currently on a 6IU cycle of hgh with 1mg reta weekly and was researching tesamorelin and its gh benefits.

Seems like tesamorelin and reta will get you lean asf and boost GH to a decent degree while purely hgh might not even spike GH as much as tesamorelin.

Personally i would recommend tesamorelin and reta to get you lean asf with a good GH boost BUT you must be careful with your injection site of tesamorelin

How come? Is the injection site more prone to infection?
