Tesofensine, first experience - Day 1

So I after many, many months of back and forth, dealing with lost orders, etc. my tesofensine came in yesterday (ordered from swisschems). I tried it immediately and knew it was doing something since I felt like taking a shit not long after, like I do sometimes on adderall (which also suppresses my appetite).

Anyway, I would say it suppressed my hunger somewhat yesterday, but today (after I took another 0.25mg) I can confirm it's really supressing my apetite. I didn't eat anything until about 9:30 PM and didn't even feel a single hunger pan. Didn't even think about food, only on my car ride back home did I realize it was 9:00PM and I hadn't felt hungry all day.

With it's long half life of 9 days I don't think I'll need to take it daily either. So, thus far it's looking like a success story. I will finally reach <12% bf . At last, I can finally leanmax without feeling like dying each day.

I think MK-677 makes you feel more hungry, might be better alternatives out there but this one came to mind.

Transplant on my cheekbones to make them narrower. just a side burn but midified to go higher.

Shit's crazy, I've only eaten some bread and a few hours later I still don't feel hungry. I'll probably go eat something though, the point is to somewhat gradually lose weight. Usually by this time my stomach would be killing me, making it hard to focus on anything else.

Update, a few days later: Still working, but I've gotta watch out sometimes to not eat stuff out-of-habit. It works but I gotta be mindful not to just grab something to eat out of instinct.

Fasting for is a lot more doable and requires less will power. In fact, usually I don't even fast for 16h but rather just eat OMAD which has been doable so far.

Gotta weigh myself now and then weigh myself again in a month or so.

I am down like 6-7kg, but mostly because of Tirz. Nevertheless, weight loss is weight loss. Can't wait to walk around like this (with less muscle)

Take Berberine or slin pills and your probably been fine never heard of any problems with those but if your really scared you could do 2 days one 1 day off it’ll still be effective
