test only for the first blast is sufficient, youll progress insanely fast and your androgen receptors are properly saturated by the high test levels in the beginning anyways, do NOT take tren or orals on your first cycle, IF you want to add something add gh on top of your test

start at 200mg of test weekly, spread across daily pins (!) and slowly up the dose 50mg at a time over a few weeks until you reach your maximum tolerable dose that does not require an AI, get your nutrition and recovery on point and youll progress insanely fast no worries
