Curious about a few ancillaries when taking test

first, if i'm taking an aromatase inhibitor do I also need a SERM or is it one or the other?

second if I take a DHT blocker am I gonna see reduced cranial growth? i'm tryna increase dimo as well so i'm gonna add Proviron to the stack but Im pretty sure that counteracts something like fin or dut.
