in this vid he said that it's best to keep estrogen as low as possible so your body produces an extra amount of test to aromotize into estrogen, and due to this you would get higher test naturally? Is this true since this doesn't make sense to me. AIs would increase test with this logic?

You should never nuke your E2 since it neutralizes most side effects of testosterone and is anabolic.

If you want higher test, inject it. Don't sacrifice your estrogen for it.
