i’ll start 250 test pretty soon any advice on what else i should be taking ? should i take ai ? im in mexico so ill be buying from the pharmacy’s
will i lose hair ? what can i take for hair loss ?

Ye defo use an ai, if you were older id say use a dht blocker but its good for bone development when your younger so theres no benefit to using it ( except the hair loss ). If your worried about the hair mabey oral minioxidle is a good choice.

Get your bloodwork done and then see.

You probably don't need an ai on 250 test. Only take it if bloodwork shows high e2 or you have nipple issues.

Cant give that advice but i will say get ur bloodwork done and try not to exeed 2,200 ng/dl.
