250 e is higher than TRT levels but below cycle levels? obv wouldn't recommend but i dont expect u to listen lmao. what are ur goals?

i’m starting off just to see how my body reacts. I’m planning on going up to 350. No plans of blasting just slow growth.

A 250mg cycle is a relatively low dose, so using AI could cause estrogen levels to drop too low

that’s what i’m thinking i’m thinking to mitigate the estrogen levels just pin daily but if it gets too high when I check, should I add it in

This is what i would do exactly and what i did for my cycle started at the same test dose add 50mg every week or every other week until you are at your desired dose. When you start noticing estrogen side effects i would get bloods but if you can't just take an arimidex or any ai you want to use. If you're using Arimidex take like 0.25 every three days, but you could also add a compound in like primo or eq maybe masteron when trying to control your estrogen

i’m only thinking around 300 to 350 max 400
will probably stay at 250 for a little bit but thank you i will add arimidex

0.25 every three days so weekly it would be half the pill just split up into two dosages and if that doesn't work switch to 1mg weekly

350 isn't blasting but a standard cycle dose. starting off is 350mg. you shouldn't be playing around with your hormones going up and down levels

and don't take AI's unless you want mediocre gains. your estrogen will naturally rise because test aromatizes into it. high estrogen isn't the problem, its an imbalance which ur supplementing with test
