Any advice on how to prevent bloating and water retention from testosterone enathate, i’ve heard that there is compounds you can take to prevent it, im not talking about diuretics.

Any tips from other roiders on here?

I’ve been mitigating it with lots of water, cardio, aromasin, and trying to keep the sodium down but is there any non cope methods?
