test dropped from 800-200

was pretty sick and my test was at 823 like 3 months ago and got rechecked about a month ago and was at 760 ( slight drop but wasnt too worried). been sick for like 6 days and got a bloodtest done and my test was at 263, should i be worried, im not sick rn but i still feel so fuking weak and my strength has dropped so much and so has my libido? is this normal after being rly sick or should i get it checked out?

i know. it fucking sucks lol, im so weak now if i accidenatly hit stub my foot or bump into something it hurts so much, my strength has gone down so much i cant even hit a full workout i feel like a faggot. i think my best option now is just to transition into a ladyboy

unfortunately didnt get my free test checked as it was just a routine blood test.

yeah 100% worse lifestyle but mainly because i was sick as fuck and just stayedi n bed all day, started trying to be healthy again eysterday and i do feel better but still weak.
sleep wasnt too bad would get 8 hours but timing of sleep was extremely fucked
