Test e 2 weeks in my dreams are fucked

Iv been on test e for about 2 weeks now and i havent pinned in 3 days and i take 275mg EOD so i decided to pin 150mg in my ventroglute last night and when i went to sleep like 3 hours in i woke up randomly in the middle of the night and was really sweaty and thirsty so i drank water and went back to sleep but as i went back to bed i was extremly cold and shivering under my blanket, anyways i went to sleep and i had these extremly random sad vivid dreams like the first one that i had last night was, like it was so fucking wierd and then when i woke up this morning i was so tired and drousy so i went back to bed after taking a shower and i had another vivid dream and it was so vivid and clear that i could remember it it now, then i woke up again in the afternoon and my temperature is 38.6 both ears and im lowk warm/hot, what do i do and could this be from, test E?? or jsut an illness
