Im planning on staying on for like 3-5 months, ive also read on another thread if im doing 300 and below theres no need for ai (idk if its just bs or no) and what do you mean “tolerate it” what defines it?250mg to start with and tyrate up as long as you can tolerate it

thats bs, test turns into e2 even at low doses, so for the average person they're going to need to take an AI unless youre doing 150mg or less but at that dose you're not going to get any benefit from test whatsoeverive also read on another thread if im doing 300 and below theres no need for ai (idk if its just bs or no)
if you get any negative sides, acne, hair thinning, bloat, mood swings, blood counts, sleep, blood pressure, resting heart heart, etcwhat do you mean “tolerate it” what defines it?
