I’ve been on tretinoin for 6 months and completed a 5 month 40 mg isotret cycle before. considering to starting 300 test test would continuing tret enough for acne control or should I restart isotretinoin?

You shouldn't get much acne as long as you aren't very prone, just run like 20mg if you'd want but I don't think you would need it at this dose
