Test e with an AI mandatory at 18 (growth plates closed)

can anyone chime in on this? All threads i see r regarding the inclusion of an AI, but most likely not neccesary if growth plates r closed correct?
 
Yeah only take ai if ur growth plates are still open or if u have extremely high e2 from test
