What would be considered a dose of test e to achieve that, that you could run for 10+ years without many sides?

Im 16.5 years old if that matters. Also, is something like Aromasin necessary even with a low dose of test e? Im trying to get into the topic of test, thanks in advance

There’s no one size fits all, your going to have to trial and error with different doses and bloodwork to find something sustainable.

I don’t think it’s necessary if you aren’t pushing it high

run trt levels bro that’s the best if u wanna keep rlly low bc u will barely feel a difference
