I’m on 300mg of test weekly at 17 is there any way to check without blood tests if everything is stable or should I be taking anything with test to minimize side effects

Will they alert my mum some how bc there’s no way I can rock up to a GP and ask them for a blood test without them alerting anyone

find another reason to ask for blood tests,
e.g. get false readings for blood pressure and ask for a full blood panel
say you are permenently thirsty and get kidney and electrolyte panel
say you have a family history of diabetes and hypothyroidism and get other blood panels
