We have to differentiate between physiological and supraphysiological growth here (changes that'd occur with time vs surpassing genetic ceiling)

androgens do speed up development, that's why you have that observation of it causing changes

It doesn't surpass any genetic ceiling just like with "roiding for bone growth/mass", your larynx isn't any different here

Also you're in no way capable of differentiating between anabolic and androgenic gene expression and tren isn't much stronger than test in terms of anabolism, it's much more androgenic and the larynx doesn't care about androgenicity as we can see with dht not playing a role in voice deepening
